SHIPPING: Our new on-line shipping calculates continental U.S., Alaska & U.S. Islands, Canadian & International shipping. Canadian & International package size: Length must be 36" or less. Length plus girth may not exceed 79". This just means that we can not ship some antennas internationally at a reasonable rate. This will be stated in the item description as "International shipping not available". To view shipping charges. Click on the item(s) you want and click "Add to Cart", update quantity (if necessary), then click "Estimate Shipping", enter state/province or leave blank, enter zip code (a character must be entered here), choose country, click "submit". We do not have information on duties & taxes for the many countries we ship to. We have been experiencing 1 to 14 day delays for shipments to clear customs in some countries. About 5% of our international shipments are delayed by customs from 3 to 14 days. Please understand that we have no control over this.
WARRANTY: 90 day in store "repair only" warranty for on-line orders on most items. 30 day warranty for in-store & phone-in orders. Most Items also have a 90 day to two year manufactures warranty. You pay shipping to us, we pay shipping back to you if the item is repaired. (continental U.S. orders only). You are responsible for return shipping if there is nothing wrong with the item. 20% restocking fee on returned items. If you received the wrong item do not open or use it. Scratched, damaged or "used looking" items can be sold back to us as used at about 50% of our price. The warranty does not cover RF damage, such as blown finals. This type of damage is caused by improper use. Please phone us for instructions before returning an item. We often find that there is not a problem with the item. Often a switch or knob is set wrong, or it is being used incorrectly. Proper operation and installation of the equipment is your responsibility. Radio problems (poor range, cutting in & out) are often in the antenna system or mic. Some minor radio problems will not be covered (ex. Slight warbling on Tx or Rx, Slight frequency drift). Radio LED's are not covered unless 3 or more LED segments are out, except on new radios. Please complete the "Repair & Return" from found in the top left menu of our homepage. You will be prompted to print the form to mail in with your return. Please include a copy of this email, copy of receipt or order ID#, name address, phone(s) and a brief description of the problem with returns. Most items also have a 1 to 2 year manufactures "repair only" warranty. Examples below: 2 year warranty: Galaxy, Ranger, Texas Ranger, Cobra cb radios. 1 year warranty: Connex, General, Uniden, Magnum, Millennium & most antennas. Lifetime warranty: Monkey Made antennas. No manufactures warranty: Superstar radios. Note: We encounter almost no problems or returns with Superstar radios. 90 day in store warranty applies.

(2) After completing the order form you will be given the option to print the invoice. Print it out and mail it to us with a U.S. or International Money Order. International Money Orders must be in U.S. Dollars.
